Dear Parents,
This is a reminder that we will be going on a school trip to the Science Museum tomorrow,
Wednesday 9th February 2022 with Key Stage 4 Students, and on Thursday 10th February 2022
with Key Stage 3 Students.
Please ensure that you provide a healthy packed lunch for your son and an Oyster Card topped up with no less than £5.

We have also booked a tour in the science museum. KS4 will go on Wednesday 9th February 2022 and KS3 will go onThursday 10th February 2022.

Sport plays a major role in the personal development of a student in order to provide the students with a sport enriched curriculum, United Madrasah Championships was founded in 2008 with this noble intention. This involves 7 Madrasahs from Tower Hamlets and neighbouring boroughs competing against each other in various sports. The competitions are also a platform to select the best talent in the Madrasahs to form a unified madrasah team to compete against state schools in various sports and a pathway to even represent the Tower Hamlets Borough in regional competitions in various sports. With the low budgets the schools have for this department, this is financed partially by all the partner schools and/or sponsorship and partially by a small parental contribution of £10 per year.
There are 3 UMC competitions coming up in the forthcoming months followed by Borough competitions (For selected pupils), below is a breakdown:

Alhamdulillah, we are delighted to inform you that ‘Parents Day’ for this year will be held in the following format:
Date: Monday 24th January 2022
KS3 Years 7, 8 and 9
Date: Monday 24TH January 2022
Time: 10:00AM – 12:00PM
KS4 Years 10 and 11
Date: Monday 24th January 2022
Time: 12:30pm – 2:30pm
• Parents make sure you wear a mask and practise social distancing.
• School will be closed for students; there will be no Hifz classes on this date. However, please bring your child with you.
Please be advised that we do not have parking facilities at Hafs Academy. We look forward to seeing you.
