National Lockdown 2021 Jan

Following the announcement of a new lockdown by the Government, We am writing to inform you that Hafs Academy will remain closed for face-to-face teaching sessions to help with the national effort in stopping Coronavirus spreading uncontrollably. We will continue with online teaching, InshaAllah.

Welcome back!

Hope this reaches you in good Eman and Health.

Today is the first day back to school via our VLE (Virtual Learning Environment).

All students are to follow the timetable structure and lesson plans. You must follow the instructions given to you by your teacher.

Update: Returning to School January 20201

Returning to School Jan 2021 Update

Assalamualaikum

Important Announcement for all students. Government Announcement.

Y11 to return to school on the 11th January 2021. Their mock exams will be completed in that week.
Y10, Y9, Y8 and Y7 to return to school on the 18th January 2021.

Online classes will start for all students Y7 to Y11 from Tuesday the 5th, January, 2021.
Your son must attend all classes online from 7:30am-2pm

Returning to School January 2021

Returning to School January 2021

Following the government’s recent announcement, we are writing to let you know about the arrangements for coming back to school in January 2021. Unfortunately, due to a national rise in Coronavirus cases, the government has decided that students will return in phases.

On Tuesday 5th January 2021, only Year 11 students will return to school. All other year groups must remain at home from Tuesday 5th to 8th January 2021, they will be returning to school on Monday 11th January 2021, through their usual bubble entrance.

End of Term 1

Today is the last day of the term. Students will finish school at 12:30pm, straight after Jummah.


We will be sending important information regarding government guidelines for the start of the Spring Term 2021.

Morning classes

Dear parents of key stage 3

Please ask your child to log in to Google classroom from tomorrow (17/12/2020) at 7.30am to access the virtual morning hifz and quran class’s and click on the the meeting link, this class will run online tomorrow and Friday at 7.30am (normal school hours).
Logging in is mandatory.

They will need to accept the class invite which will be emailed to them on their school personal email address.

Thereafter, students will continue with their normal timetable schedule for their national curriculum lessons. Please refer to the letter uploaded for further information.
